•Participation in the event is at you and your vessel's sole risk and, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Yas Asset Management LLC and its related companies ("Miral Group") accept no liability for loss, injury or damage sustained by you or to your vessel during the event.

•You acknowledge that participation in the event involves inherent risks and you voluntarily assume all such risks.

•You agree to release Miral Group from any and all claims, demands or causes of action arising out of or related to your participation in this event.

•You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Miral Group from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your acts, omissions, negligence or the operation of your vessel during the event.

•You are solely responsible for the maintenance and safe operation of your vessel and all associated equipment.

•You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Miral Group from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your acts, omissions or negligence during the event.

•You agree to comply with all maritime laws, safety regulations, event rules and instructions provided by event organizers and staff.

•The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi apply to these terms.

•You agree to grant Miral Group the right (but not the obligation) to film and take photographs or use any such other media that captures an image of you ("Materials"); and use, modify, copy, publish, commercially exploit and distribute the Materials for purposes connected to marketing, branding or promoting Yas Island, Yas Marina, Yas Bay Waterfront, West Yas Plaza, The Fountains at Yas Mall, Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Yas Island Abu Dhabi, Yas Waterworld, Etihad Arena, Yas Marina Circuit, CLYMB, Yas Bay, Qasr Al Watan, teamLab Phenomena Abu Dhabi, Saadiyat Island or any other asset or destination promoted by the Miral Group.

•You agree the rights granted to Miral Group above shall be in perpetuity, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable and free and clear of any and all claims for royalties or other compensation.

•You agree that Miral Group will be the sole and exclusive owner, throughout the universe in perpetuity, of all rights in all and any results and proceeds of the Materials, as the same may exist from time to time, in whatever medium, or stage of completion.

•You agree that the grant of such rights hereunder does not violate any other agreement or the rights of any third party, and that no further consent of any person or entity is required for Miral Group to use the Materials.

•You agree that you will not be entitled to receive any compensation from Miral Group for the use of the Materials.

•The laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi apply to these terms.

•Mandatory personal information collected from you includes the full name, email address and mobile number of the yacht owner, as well as the name of the yacht. These details are used to register your interest to join the Yas Rendezvous. This information will also be used to create a record of the yacht owner once attendance is confirmed and to maintain communication for event-related purposes.

•Once you have confirmed your attendance, we will also collect a copy of the yacht owner's identification documents, the yacht registration documents and documents evidencing the yacht's insurance policy. The details provided above along with the accompanying documents will be shared with Mandarin Oriental Emirates Palace Marina and Anantara Sir Bani Yas Island to facilitate seamless hotel and berth bookings for the event. Please note that these entities will process your personal information in accordance with their respective privacy notices.

•Your personal information will be stored securely on our systems for a limited time period for the purposes of the event and only for as long as necessary. As you are long term customers of Yas Asset Management, only your full names and contact details will be retained for the duration of your relationship with us and thereafter deleted per our regulatory obligations. Other details, documents and copies thereof (except for photos and videos) will be deleted by the 15th December 2025.

•The mandatory personal data collected above, which includes the full name, email address and mobile number of the yacht owner, will be used to record consent for taking photos and videos.

•Your social media identity is not mandatory, however, if you have provided it to us, we will use this information to tag you on relevant social media platforms.

•Your photos and videos, taken during Yas Rendezvous, will be used in line with the terms and conditions until such time you withdraw your consent.

•Your photos and videos will be stored securely on our systems for a limited time period after you have withdrawn your consent, should you wish to do so, and then deleted per our regulatory obligations. Should you wish to opt out, please let us know in writing by contacting us at privacy@miral.ae.

•Should you wish to exercise your privacy rights in terms of applicable data protection/privacy legislation, including your right to raise a complaint, please contact us at privacy@miral.ae.

•We reserve the right to amend this privacy notice at any time.
